For a multinational leader of **Automotive sector** - we are searching for a**:Buyer Indirect Materials - Capex & Tooling**

**The position**:
Improve site competitiveness through indirect cost reductions and optimized investments in liaison with UAM organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential cost savings, implement the necessary actions, control gains;
- Monitor technology to strength on the technical services and collect through the plant and the project departments the future needs;
- Propose a budget plan to the plant for validation and record it for managing its deployment. Share it with Plan-30 Manager and the progresses associated. Achieve indirect purchasing budget targets (timing and impact);
- Monitor the implementation of UAM framework contracts. Write contract and protocol for local usage and validate them with Legal, SPM and Central purchasing before any supplier submission;
- Enforce the Company procedure through Pre Socos and Socos. Install competition between suppliers after pre-SOCO, bringing at least two suppliers at the same technical level before the SOCO for all components, proceeds with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down;
- Update the indirect supplier panel on a semester base. Score the suppliers based on results;
- Identify possible synergies with other company sites.

**KPIs**:

- Indirect material cost reduction plan;
- Indirect Monthly Saving;
- Reservoir;
- Project major investment.

**Requirements**:

- Business or Engineering Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma;
- At least 3 years’ experience in Buyer role;
- SAP knowledge or other managing system;
- Good Knowledge of Energy Market;
- Negotiation skills;
- Autonomy on daily work;
- English mandatory.
