Il nostro cliente, rinomata azienda nel settore di proprio riferimento, ci ha incaricato di cercare un:
**ELECTRICAL MANAGER**

**Responsabilità
- Coordinamento e supervisione di un numeroso team di risorse per la gestione degli impianti di media e bassa tensione di più stabilimenti.
- Supervisione della conduzione degli impianti.
- Pianificazione dei piani e degli interventi di manutenzione.
- Supervisione durante le fasi di testing ed avviamento nuovi impianti.
- Collaborazione alle scelte progettuali e costruttive, attività di diagnosi e analisi di affidabilità.
- Controllo del budget assegnato al comparto di riferimento e interfaccia con il reparto purchasing.
- Cura dei rapporti con enti esterni di propria pertinenza.
- Interfaccia con l’ufficio tecnico.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o titolo equipollente.
- Pluriennale esperienza maturata in un ruolo analogo, all’interno di un contesto industriale.
- Conoscenze dei principi di rete elettrica, in particolare di media e alta tensione, e delle relative normative.
- Conoscenza degli schemi elettrici, della simbologia e dei programmi.
- Conoscenza inverter, PLC e sistemi Scada/HMI.
- Esperienza nella gestione dei contratti di manutenzione.
- Buone doti organizzative e relazionali tra cui: capacità di ascolto, leadership, capacità di sintesi, efficienza e predisposizione all’automiglioramento.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
