What you'll need to have
- Excellent knowledge of remote general customer behavior across channels as well as of remote customer engagement
- Extensive knowledge of training, facilitation and coaching techniques
- Expert knowledge of selling techniques and sales steering
- Expert knowledge of relevant internal as well as external sales and service processes
- Strong knowledge about relevant systems and tools (especially Microsoft Office pack)
- Strong understanding of how processes in an omnichannel environment impact ways of working in the RCMP
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to steer sales in a polite, friendly and trustworthy way
- Strong ability to identify and develop processes and working methods in order to improve the meeting with the customer
- Ability to build trust among colleagues and to coach, share knowledge and evaluate performance as an integrated part of the daily RCMP operation
- Ability to work with others in a team, being open to exchange of knowledge and insights
- Strong ability to communicate correctly, confidently and clearly in local language across channels
- Passion for meeting customers and understanding their life at home
- Driven by challenging existing ways of working and finding new solutions in order to reach and exceed the goals

Passionate about deep and detailed knowledge within a certain area of expertise, and a desire to develop

**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Drive performance optimization within the area of expertise to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth
- Share knowledge, news and ways of working connected to the area of expertise to enable Sales Generalists to always have a commercial mindset and secure a great remote customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand
- Evaluate skill performance within the area of expertise, suggest improvement areas and via Remote Team Leaders enable Sales Generalists to work on potentials and build on strengths, thus contributing to reaching individual and team goals
- Carry out local learning delivery, as well as review and validate the content of learning in order to secure local relevance and a high level of competence among Sales Generalist
- Collaborate with, and provide feedback to, multiple stakeholders across Ingka connected to the area of expertise, to be able to update Sales Generalists on range changes and commercial activities, and to secure that Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) perspectives continuously influence relevant processes and are represented in all relevant forums
- Secure, in collaboration with Knowledge Specialists, that content connected to the area of expertise is communicated in a qualitative and accurate way in order to ensure Sales Generalists get all context needed to serve customers in the best possible way
- Ensure collaboration with Experience Design team and contribute with guidance on detailed steering of ongoing initiatives in connection to the area of expertise in order to ensure that the quality of the outcome matches the expectations
- Secure active participation in relevant parts of the Remote Partner meeting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly/tertial) in order to enable close collaboration with Remote Partners
- Regularly provide customer support directly to the customer (through all remote channels including live video calls) to develop and keep own expertise up to date as well as to maintain customer focus and communication skills
- Adhere to most up to date ways of working for digital solutions to secure smooth operation of internal

processes thus optimizing the customer experience
