You'll support Baker Hughes' Procurement and Logistics rewiring under the Process & Operational Excellence Leader

As a Process Optimization Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Redesigning procurement and logistics processes, reviewing process steps and defining key actors, rhythm and approval rules
- Defining initiative setup, team building, and process plan with cross-functional support
- Having accountability to drive the initiatives to get the desired goals & results
- Supervising the execution of rewiring procurement initiatives, coordinating activities and monitoring progresses
- Having involvement in commodity strategy, product development, procurement process, supplier quality, and more
- Collaborating with the IET business units to define roles and responsibilities, process steps, targets, timeline definition, approval steps
- Assisting in reviewing and implementing procurement KPIs, and promoting processes stabilization, supporting digitization adoption.
