Established in 2016 in Florence, we've expanded our services to iconic cities like London, Milan and Barcelona, and we're excited to grow our presence in Tuscany - **What We’re Looking For**:_ We are on the lookout for **bubbly, kind, and reliable babysitters and nannies** who: - Are based in Tuscany (or nearby) and have at least **3 years of childcare experience**. - Are passionate about child development and love creating engaging activities. - Understand the importance of embodying the values of an international, multilingual agency. - Are confident in handling unpredictable situations and enjoy playing and getting creative with kids. - Communicate effectively with families and team members. - Have a good command of English. - **What We Offer**:_ - **Competitive Pay**: Starting at **€12per hour** for one child, with additional compensation for extra children (e.g., €14/hour for three children). - **Holiday Nanny Roles**: Begin at **€100 daily** for up to 8 hours for one child, with additional pay for extra children. - **Flexibility**: You are the one who manages your own availability, opening your days and times in your calendar. - **Supportive Environment**: We cover travel expenses, meals, and accommodation for holiday roles, ensuring your comfort. - **Referral Bonus**: Earn **€20** for every friend you refer who successfully completes their first job with us. - **Recognition and Rewards**: Enjoy monthly competitions and appreciation initiatives like "Tripsitter of the Month" with performance incentives and giveaways - **Requirements**:_ - Good English communication skills. - Minimum of **3 years** of childcare experience (official or unofficial, however experience within the family does not count). - A recent **criminal record certificate** (issued within the last 18 months). - **3 childcare-related references.**: - Basic IT skills to manage your profile and your availability on our platform.
