La persona sarà inserita all'interno del Service Desk IT Europe e lavorerà per tutte le nostre sedi europee della divisione automotive. Il Service Desk IT Europe rappresenta il singolo punto di contatto per tutti i nostri clienti interni che hanno bisogno di supporto IT. Ciò avviene tramite la prequalificazione, la diagnosi e la risoluzione degli incidenti in un sistema ITSM centralizzato. Se necessario, gli incidenti devono essere inoltrati al supporto di 2° e 3° livello dell'organizzazione. Inoltre, la persona avrà la possibilità di partecipare a progetti internazionali riguardanti tutto il Gruppo Röchling.

Principali responsabilità:
Installazione, configurazione, manutenzione, supporto e gestione dei seguenti sistemi:

- PC aziendali (workstation, laptop, desktop e thin clients)
- Stampanti aziendali
- Smartphone (basati su Android e iOS)
- Dispositivi quali stampanti e pistole per codici a barre
- Apparecchiature di videoconferenza
- Supporto a progetti IT internazionali per il Gruppo Röchling

**Come convincerci**:

- Laurea in informatica
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell'amministrazione di client Windows
- Esperienza con il supporto desktop della suite Office 365
- Certificato ITIL Foundation
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)
- Disponibilità a fare brevi viaggi di lavoro
- Certificazioni preferibili: MCSA, MCSE
- Esperienza nei sistemi MDM e nel supporto dei dispositivi mobili

Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace, buone doti relazionali, attitudine al team working e al problem solving oltre alla capacità di organizzare autonomamente il carico di lavoro e di operare sotto pressione completano il profilo
