**Job responsibilities**:
**Mission & Responsibilities**
As part of the _Product Development & Innovation _Team, the key responsibilities are:
- Support the _Senior Product Development & Innovation Manager _during the development of new scents from concept ideation to compound validation for all the product categories
- Competition Analysis: new trends and new products launches in the different markets with a global scope and approach
- Trend analysis: conduct research and identify emerging scents trends, within and outside beauty industry to be able to give support in the creation of new scents and concepts / briefs
- Follow up all activities related to fragrances formula development according to ADP/ LVMH R&D development process guidelines
- Regulatory reformulations: follow up of activities on compounds and formulas
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Chemistry is preferred
- A previous experience in a Fragrance House is a plus and in the fragrance’s development
- Proactive, creative mindset, analytical and detail-oriented
- Relational and agile approach to deal with different stakeholders and to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about fragrances, olfactive trends and addicted to parfums
- Fluent English
