What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Administration - Finance&Legal and in particular in the business / management of internal financial processes and procedures reporting directly to Laura Orsini.- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the implementation and roll-out of the Sarbanes-Oxley internal control model, designing and adapting the current set of procedures related to the Finance & Legal department to the SOX compliance requirements, liaising with the shareholder’s Financial Controls department in order to ensure consistency with the Group standards.

Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in consultancy firms, Big4 preferably and/or in Internal Audit Dept of USGAAP/IFRS adopters;- You have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent;- You have excellent knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP as well as of systems-based risk assessment models;- You are proactive, entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven;- You know working in international contexts, heterogeneous teams, leading multi-countries projects and liaising with different people among the Organization.

Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in similar roles in US listed companies and or similar projects driven in Big4;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
