**Position Title**:
Supply Chain Representative
***Position Summary**:
- Ensure material planning to meet demand and inventory optimization.
- Manage Short Term Supply Requirements for Blending materials through understanding internal/external demand based on a rolling 4 months’ supply plan and interacting closely with Manufacturing.
- Manage key raw materials.
- Operational execution, compliance and EHS performance of all inbound/outbound logistics activities in the Termoli production facility.
- Close communication with internal stakeholders and ensure the maintenance of service performance excellence.
***Job Description**:
- Update MIMI generated production plan for planning time fence based on changes in demand and supply.
- Responsible for Blending asset scheduling, supply and raw material planning and logistics to meet the supply/demand plan, along with Operations and Inventory goals.
- Manage Exception Messages through MIMI, firming production plan to meet demand signals from warehouse and or plant, cancel process order if not needed and pull forward or delay firmed schedule.
- Follow up on non-executed schedule (Distressed Management) and order adjustment based on latest material availability.
- Minimize backorders.
- Ensure adherence to SIOP and logistics policy and processes.
- Key contact for the Termoli SIOP escalation process for the Blending segments
- Planning of packed road transports.
- Ocean export planning of ISO and box containers.
- Facilitate shipping of sample deliveries.
- Coordinate import and transport of inbound STPOs and Raw Materials.
- Manage Supplier Payment Process (PR creation, invoice audit and Goods Receipt) of inbound/outbound STPOs and External Freight.
- Drive a safety culture and EHS measures.
- Support projects for cost/service optimization.
- Ensure Logistics master data accuracy and maintenance.
- Responsible for creating, changing, issuing all necessary documents for completing Inbound/ Outbound daily operations.
- Attend monthly business reviews with carriers

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Management Engineering / Business Focus Supply Chain, Master preferred.
- ERP (SAP).
- Fluent in English.
- Office.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MIMI/ Arkieva, SAP Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain or engineering preferred.
