- EMEA customer and R&D support

- Member of EMEA R&D Flexlam team

**Required Profile**:
Arkema is looking for a brilliant Technical specialist based in the technical lab in Milan area.

Reporting to EMEA R&D Flexlam Manager, The job involves serving a diverse population of customers from different cultural backgrounds with specific needs all over EMEA; up to 30% domestic/EMEA travels are required.

Being member of EMEA R&D Flexlam team, the Technical specialist will face challenges on technical issues either from internal and external customer.

He/She supports sales team and customer for trials qualification process / training / claim/complaint resolution in line with Bostik strategy and process

He/She is a key player in the developing program and roll out of new product: internal lamination study and introduction of in the market trought customer training and testing as well as training of sales team.
