**Retail Merchandise Planner**
Riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, la figura di Retail Merchandise Planner avrà responsabilità per il buying, pricing, analisi di competitor, e strategia di scontistica allineata alle esigenze strategiche del marchio.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Definizione del merchandise planning per il canale retail;
- Collaborazione con il team finance sulla definizione di budget per al fine di assicurare il corretto stock per il singolo punto vendita;
- Segmentazione delle performance dei punti vendita in collaborazione con il team commerciale;
- Definizione della strategia di scontistica, preparazione dei piani e gestione sconti;
- Quotidiano aggiornamento di stock, andamento,rotazione assortimento, KPIs;
- Analisi dell’andamento e i trend di mercato,con particolare attenzione alle azioni dei competitors;
- Verifica di obbiettivi e strategie di visual merchandising e piani layout;
- Condivisione di analisi e feedback post-season.
**Requisiti**:
- +5 anni di esperienza nell’area prodotto, merchandising o buying;
- Genuino interesse per il settore moda;
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese è considerata un plus.
