ALI S.p.A., Agenzia di Ricerca e Selezione del Personale filiale di Rovigo, cerca per importante azienda cliente nelle vicinanze di Rovigo (RO) un **Impiegato/a HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)** per supportare la gestione e il miglioramento continuo delle attività legate alla sicurezza sul lavoro, alla salute e alla tutela ambientale. La figura sarà coinvolta nella supervisione, implementazione e monitoraggio delle normative HSE, garantendo il rispetto delle leggi vigenti e delle politiche aziendali.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e ambiente.
- Redigere e aggiornare documentazione técnica e piani HSE (DVR, procedure, analisi dei rischi, ecc.).
- Collaborare con i responsabili di reparto per identificare e gestire i rischi legati a salute, sicurezza e ambiente.
- Organizzare attività di formazione e sensibilizzazione del personale in ambito HSE.
- Monitorare gli audit interni ed esterni relativi a salute, sicurezza e ambiente, garantendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Sicurezza e Ambiente, Ingegneria Ambientale, Tecniche della Prevenzione o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente nel settore).
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08) e tutela ambientale.
- Capacità di redigere documentazione técnica e gestire progetti in autonomia.
- Buone capacità di problem solving, organizzative e relazionali.
