Hse Specialist

We are looking for an HSE Specialist who will support our HQ and one of our production plant in health and safety matters. Regarding the assigned area, She/He ensures achievement of objectives and targets related to established HSE KPIs and, moreover, She/He contributes full compliance in according to relevant HSE Laws and Regulations. She/He operates for constant growth of HSE Management System and continuous improvement in alignment with Gruppo Montenegro's HSE Policy and standard. **Tasks & Responsabilities** - According to Gruppo Montenegro's guidelines and standards, She/He contributes to the development and implementation of Integrated Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the plant, in order to ensure the maintenance of the related Certifications - She/He oversees the definition of HSE plans, programs and procedures, for guaranteeing progressive improvement about safety and health level of workplaces and processes, moreover environmental performance linked to the activities of the plant - She/He plays ASPP role, according to specific legislation (D. Lgs. 81/08) for guaranteeing full HSE compliance in harmony with HSE Manager's approach. She/He supports and carries out activities and projects such as: hazard identification and risk assessment, mitigation risk management, accident / near messes / injury / occupational illness investigation, "DUVRI" support processes, HSE training plan, etc. - She/He supports procedures implementation and updating, HSE reporting and all HSE Management System all activities and tasks according to the annual program - If requested, she/he contributes to the projects related to annual investment plan (e.g. HSE CAPEX management, etc...). - She/He collaborates with HSE Manager for defining HSE budget (OPEX and CAPEX) of the Plant and she/he supports the execution of related activities within deadlines and costs defined by the annual plan - If requested, she/he contributes to Group projects and activities related to specific HSE issues (i.g., ergonomic issue, machinery and plants, etc...) **Requirements**: - Degree in technical field (engineering, environmental science, industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health sciences) - 2-3 years of experience in Industrial HSE Department - Qualification for ASPP role - ATECO 4 reference. - Knowledge of HSE Legislations and Rules, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment processes, Incident/Accident Investigations and Injury Case Management - Knowledge of health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001/EMAS) - Working knowledge of HSE Management System Audits and HSE Compliance Audits - Experience of problem solving and orientation toward continuous improvement - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good level of Microsoft Office suite - Fluent Italian and up intermediate level English **What we offer you** - An ambitious employer, where each employee is top of mind - An idea acceleration mindset, where your ideas and opinions matter - Daily nutritious meals - Career development programs to fast track your career - Insurance policies - and the list goes on.
