**Job Title: Customer Support & Digital Marketing Assistant (French Market)**

ELP SA (ELP) is a financial services company based in Chiasso, wholly owned by the ELP Group. The company operates online currency exchange changenligne.ch - (cambiavalute.ch).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager;
- Managing social media accounts.

**Requirements**:

- **Native French speaker** with proficiency in English and/or Italian;
- **Strong digital marketing skills and knowledge of AI tools;**:

- At least one year experience in a web marketing agency or customer support role in the digital goods or fintech industry;
- Passion for the financial industry;
- Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and retail clients;
- Preferred but not mandatory: Knowledge of CRM software, graphic design tools, digital marketing platforms and German language.
