HSE MANAGER

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager, si occuperà di coordinare le attività di Salute e Igiene del Lavoro e di Sicurezza industriale.

**Responsabilità**
- Supervisionare e gestire tutte le attività legate alla salute, sicurezza e ambiente (HSE) all'interno dell'azienda, in conformità con le leggi e le regolamentazioni locali e internazionali
- Collaborare con i dipartimenti interni (Ufficio Tecnico, Ingegneria di Corporate, Servizi Tecnici) per garantire la corretta gestione dei rischi HSE e la conformità normativa
- Fornire formazione e sensibilizzazione al personale per promuovere la cultura della sicurezza e dell'ambiente
- Applicare quanto richiesto dalle normative tecniche specifiche nel campo della Direttiva Macchine, Direttiva ATEX, Direttiva PED ed in generale dà un supporto esterno all’espletamento delle attività amministrative richieste dalla normativa su particolari macchinari/dispositivi/attrezzature
- Collabora nei rapporti con Enti e Laboratori Esterni alla raccolta di informazioni sulle sostanze utilizzate in stabilimento e alla redazione della documentazione richiesta dalla normativa vigente
- Coordina un risorsa ASPP per la Sicurezza
- Partecipa, come componente permanente, al Comitato Operativo di Sicurezza (COS) e al Comitato Salute Sicurezza Ambiente (CSSA)
- Redige e diffonde a tutti i livelli aziendali il contenuto del Sistema di Gestione della Sicurezza

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti**
- Fondamentale aver maturato esperienza pregressa (5/6 anni) nel ruolo all'interno di aziende del settore Chimico o Chimico Farmaceutico
- Fondamentale aver maturato esperienza pregressa in aziende soggette a Direttiva Seveso II
- Capacità di comunicazione efficace e leadership per influenzare positivamente la cultura aziendale
- Requisito preferenziale: possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze Ambientali o campo correlato
- Competenze analitiche per valutare dati e tendenze relative a sicurezza e ambiente
