The Product Management Department enhances product positioning and improves product profitability through building seasonal and long-term line plans that are aligned to the Brand strategy. It ensures that the right product is coming in time with the right quality and price to the market. The Product Manager combines active product use, understanding of today‘s sport cultures, market knowledge and input from the product and sales teams to build product line plans.
As an intern you will support our Product Management Team (i.e. running footwear and apparel) for at least 6 months starting in January. You will get a 360° overview on how a product line is set up starting from the product concept to the design and the development process until the handover to sales and go-to-market.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Support the Product Management Team in all product management related tasks such as range planning, analysis of sales data, benchmarking and working on trends analysis
- Assist in the product creation process within a cross functional team (development, design, costing)
- Support and help to create sell in tools
- Help to coordinate samples, sample shootings and prepare all product relevant data for catalogue & webpage
- Help to prepare and support internal and external meetings
- Support in administrative tasks
**Profile**
- University student or degree in Economics, Marketing or similar
- Good knowledge of the English language and Italian or German language
- Passionate about trail running and mountain sports in general
- Interested in technical outdoor products
- Open minded, hands-on mentality, team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power Point
