What to Expect
What You’ll Do
- Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led Training and Onboarding sessions across the market
- Identify, analyze, and share training feedback, outcomes and knowledge gaps to enable continued improvements across regions and facilitate training programs to overcome them.
- Collaborate with Regional and EMEA L&D teams to gather, translate and build localized training content
- Review and support rollouts of EMEA Training Programs and any major changes across the region
- Ensure a streamlined feedback loop between the Leadership teams and the field to enable continued improvements to our overall organizational performance
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement Learning & Development best practices
What You’ll Bring
- Experience facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions, ideally 1+ year Tesla experience
- Prior education in Communication, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the region
