**About the Role**
Guydeez is looking for passionate locals in Siena to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of travelers. No professional tour guide license is required — just a love for Siena and a desire to share its culture, history, and hidden gems.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead immersive walking tours tailored to guests’ interests
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and local tips
- Represent Siena in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of Siena’s history, culture, and landmarks
- Fluency in at least one language: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Bonus: passion for local food, traditions, and gastronomy
