- Within defined categories, lead all new fragrance development, collaborating with Reckitt core fragrance suppliers, in consultation with internal business partners, to create state of the art fragrances which will engender future growth of the Reckitt Powerbrands portfolio**You’ll succeed because**

...Your profile:
5 years + experience within a Fragrance/Flavour/FMCG environment

3 years + of Project Management experience

3+ years fragrance evaluation experience

Strong networking, influencing and communication skills

Experience in vendor management

Fluent in English is a must; Basic Italian desired.

Microsoft Office at intermediate level, Ms Project desired

Minimum of Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline

Perfumery school graduate or similar training desirable

Above average olfactive acuity

Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating

Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Openness to change and ability to think out of the box

Flexible to travel

Within defined categories, define, agree and implement a powerbrand fragrance strategy aiming at delivering to our consumers an outstanding sensorial experience

Within defined categories, lead all new fragrance development briefs

Ensure all fragrance briefing comply with latest Reckitt safety and regulatory requirements

Ensure collaboration with fragrance house partners

Develop an understanding of consumer behaviour and home environments across the different regions and translate this learning into Fragrance development opportunities

Fragrance Innovation, bringing new technologies to the portfolio and support NPD and EPD development

Collaborate with Operational Excellence Managers to ensure optimal fragrances are available for rapid rollout and local execution
