Engineering Manager - CDMO - API - Settore Farmaceutico **La tua nuova azienda** Il nostro cliente è un’importante realtà farmaceutica nata in India 75 anni fa e presente in tutto il mondo con Centri di Ricerca, Plant Produttivi e Uffici Corporate. Il plant italiano è una CDMO con sede a Lodi. In ottica di ampliamento dell’organico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Engineering Lead. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** L'Engineering Lead svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nel guidare e supervisionare i progetti di ingegneria, garantendo la conformità agli standard normativi e promuovendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi di produzione. Principali responsabilità strategiche: - Sviluppare la roadmap tecnologica per l'azienda - Monitorare i progetti di ingegneria e segnalazione di anomalie - Eliminare i processi con investimenti minimi o pari a zero - Sviluppare ed implementare programmi di manutenzione preventiva per attrezzature e strutture di produzione per ridurre al minimo i tempi di inattività, garantendone l'affidabilità e prolungando la durata delle risorse. - Valutare l'attuale capacità produttiva e anticipare i futuri requisiti di capacità in base alle proiezioni di crescita del business e alla domanda del mercato. Principali responsabilità operative: - Supervisionare la pianificazione, esecuzione e completamento dei progetti di ingegneria, garantendo il rispetto di budget, pianificazione e requisiti di qualità. - Eseguire controlli e visite regolari sul luogo di lavoro - Garantire la buona qualità del lavoro relativo alle infrastrutture del sito e il completamento nei tempi previsti. - Pianificare proattivamente budget e capex - Garantire che gli ordini dei clienti siano eseguiti correttamente e che i fornitori siano valutati in modo appropriato. - Identificare opportunità per migliorare l'efficienza operativa all'interno dei processi di ingegneria, come l'ottimizzazione del flusso di lavoro, l'allocazione delle risorse e l'utilizzo dell'automazione e delle tecnologie digitali. - Garantire che l'ambiente sia privo di rischi e promuovere l'importanza della sicurezza sul lavoro - Esaminare tempestivamente le apparecchiature ad alto rischio per il funzionamento improprio - Rafforzare la cultura dell’uso dei DPI da parte del team di ingegneri al lavoro - Individuare le esigenze formative dei dipendenti e formarli su tecnologie ed attrezzature essenziali Sede di lavoro: Lodi. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** - Ha maturato almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ruoli Engineering all’interno di un contesto produttivo strutturato, preferibilmente nel settore farmaceutico e/o chimico e/o biotecnologico. - Ha conseguito una laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Elettronica - o ha maturato un’equivalente esperienza técnica sul campo. - Ha spiccate capacità di leadership e comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti ingegneristici. **Cosa devi fare ora** Se sei interessato a questa opportunità, clicca su "Candidarsi ora" per inviare una copia aggiornata del tuo CV.
