Medinok S.p.A., azienda del gruppo TELEBIT S.p.A., che opera da oltre 30 anni nel settore delle Telecomunicazioni, del Facility Management e Technical Delivery, seleziona per sostituzione risorsa a lungo termine:_ **_ UN/UNA IMPIEGATO/A PROJECT COORDINATOR - Area Facility per la sede di Roma_** - La risorsa sarà inserita in una realtà organizzata e strutturata, all'interno della BU Facility che opera nel mondo delle manutenzioni per clienti come Poste Italiane, Banca d'Italia, Tim, Esselunga, Enel._ **_ Nello specifico, la risorsa, si occuperà di:_** - _Coordinare e monitorare le attività giornaliere del team, composto da 10 presidianti,_ - _Gestire le commesse del facility management, monitorandone l'avanzamento, il budget e le scadenze,_ - _Redigere preventivi,_ - _Applicare e consultare i prezziari tecnici del settore,_ - _Curare i rapporti con i clienti,_ - _Verificare la documentazione técnica e di sicurezza cantiere,_ **_ I requisiti ESSENZIALI, assolutamente necessari, sono:_** - _Laurea técnica (Ingegneria, Architettura o simili)_ - _Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel mondo del Facility,_ - _Conoscenza di impianti civili e industriali (elettrici, termici, HVAC, ecc.),_ - _Ottima capacità di gestione del personale e relazioni con il cliente_ - _Utilizzo avanzato della Suite Microsoft Office, con particolare attenzione ad Excel._ - _Capacità analitiche e dimestichezza nell'elaborazione dati._ - _Possesso Patente B e automuniti._ **_ L'azienda offre:_** - _Continua formazione con relativi certificati ed attestati._ - _Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali._ - _Inquadramento e retribuzione: Da valutare con la direzione in base all'esperienza pregressa - massimo RAL€35.000_ - Sede di lavoro: _**_ROMA_** - Area di competenza: Italia_ - Ricerca aperta da giugno 2025, inserimento non appena individuata la risorsa._ La nostra strategia "Inclusion & Diversity" mira ad abbattere tutte le barriere ed eliminare i pregiudizi.
