Our ambitions are extraordinarily high, and we need the best people in the world to bring them to life - people like you.At the direct report of Italy CFO, we are looking for a tax & custom expert to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation of company’s tax figures, collaborating with external fiscal consultant to filing the needed forms.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing annual and quarterly annual tax figure, ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations. (VAT, Intrastat, Direct tax return)
- Preparing and submitting the proper tax form on a timely basis (in collaboration with fiscal tax consultant).
- Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
- Liaising with logistic and customs for all EU / EXTRA EU matters.
- Maintaining tax balance on the general ledger.
- Supervising projects as assigned by CFO.
- Identifying tax risks and developing tax strategies with CFO.
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory tax and custom law developments.
- Managing tax provision and tax compliance procedures.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with fiscal consultant and Local tax authority.
- Support CFO in case of tax audits.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in multinational environment with complex UE/ EXTRA UE flows.
- Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Italian tax code, compliance and procedures.
- Familiarity with UE compliance and procedures.
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
