**FERVO SRL**, sita in **Nova Milanese**, specializzata in servizi di ingegneria a supporto del facility management (ingegneria dei servizi) e gestione di immobili in tutto il territorio nazionale.

Durante lo stage è previsto l’apprendimento delle modalità e criteri di redazione per:

- Assistenza nella risoluzione dei problemi relativi all'IT segnalati dagli utenti
- Documentare e monitorare le interazioni e le risoluzioni degli utenti nel sistema di ticketing
- Collaborare con il team IT per garantire una risoluzione tempestiva ed efficace dei problemi
- Collaborare con il team alla redazione e miglioramento dei processi interni

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma di perito informatico o materie affini
- Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi
- Buone capacità logiche e comunicative;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2)

- Automunito/a: la sede non è raggiungibile coi mezzi pubblici

**COSA OFFRIAMO**:

- Stage full time, 6 mesi, con possibilità di inserimento.

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
