**Trade Marketing Specialist - Haircare Italy (Maternity Cover)**:
JOB MISSION

Lead the strategic and operational development of marketing initiatives to support the integrity and our brand purpose by building awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing plan and campaign development

**Sales Support**: Creation and development of POP material for our beauty salon

**Promotion**: Implementation and monitoring of promotional activities

**Communication**: Coordination, with the supervisor, of the categories’ communication plan

**Analysis**: Coordination, with the supervisor, of the analysis of the sales and marketing trends

**E-commerce**: Coordination, with the supervisor, of the sales strategies for the relevant lines

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years' demonstrable marketing experience in similar environment
Strong beauty market knowledge and its related dynamics
Strong data interpretation skills;
**Relationship management skills**: able to facilitate/maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
