Domus Academy was born in 1982 as first post-university design school in Italy and as open project around the Italian design and fashion experiences. In 2016 and 2017 the Fashion School of Domus Academy were been selected from Business of Fashion between the Top Global Fashion Schools. The educational offer of the academy includes 12 master attended by students from all around the world: Business Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, Interaction Design, Interior & Living Design, Urban Vision & Architectural Design, Fashion Management, Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising, Visual Brand Design, Luxury Brand Management, Information Design, Service Design.

**INTERNSHIP ACADEMIC PROCESSES TEAM**

The intern will join the academic and coordination teams for Domus Academy, will give support to the team in all the activities about the students’ experience in campus from the welcome to the satisfaction and all the activities in the between.

Specifically, the intern will carry out the following activities:

- Front Office operations;
- Welcoming of students and preparation of events: graduation, starting of Academic Year, etc.;
- Support in the drafting of Students’ satisfaction surveys;
- Scheduling of collateral activities: IPs (international partnerships), short courses, Preparatory online, etc.;
- Support with Bb (Blackboard) platform for remote learning;
- Support in the management and monitoring of students’ attendance;
- Analysis of data and reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient Office (Word, Power Point, Excel);
- English language (B2/C1);
- Problem solving attitude;
- Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;
- Collaborative and proactive;
- Empathic and patient (front office skills);
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a stimulating and restless environment;
- Fast learner.

CONDITIONS:

- Full time internship of 6 months;
- Expenses reimbursement of 600 EUR per month and ticket restaurant;
- Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo).

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €600,00 al mese
