Dr. Max è la seconda catena di farmacie leader nell'Europa centrale. Il nostro staff professionale gestisce quasi 2.500 farmacie orientate al paziente in 8 paesi. Ogni giorno circa 350.000 clienti visitano una delle nostre moderne farmacie in Repubblica Ceca, Slovacchia, Polonia, Romania, Serbia e Italia.
Per lo sviluppo e l'integrazione delle realtà Dr.Max e Neoapotek, per la nostra sede di Casalecchio di Reno (BO) in Via del Lavoro 47, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Demand Planner Assistant.
La figura ricercata riportando direttamente al Supply Chain Planner si occuperà di:
- Attivazione del tool di riordino (Veritico) e la sua parametrizzazione: monitoraggio dei kpi, confronto con i farmacisti e le operations per verificare le segnalazioni, confronto con il fornitore per supporto sull'impostazione del tool o verifica di funzionamento;
- Attivazione del servizio di consegna: confronto con il customer service sulle segnalazioni delle farmacie, confronto con il magazzino in caso di anomalie;
- Supporto ai vari team di sede per la gestione di anomalie e per l'inserimento degli ordini di push per merce e altro materiale;
- Confronto con i fornitori logistici per l'organizzazione e il monitoraggio degli impianti.
- Neolaureato in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia;
- Disponibilità a muoversi sulle farmacie
- Buone doti analitiche;
- Ottimo utilizzo di excel;
- Buon livello di inglese.
- Flessibilità e attitudine al multitasking;
- Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione autonoma delle attività affidate.
Si offre contratto iniziale di stage della durata di 6 mesi.
