**Engagement Manager, Patient Support Programs and Solutions**

**Role, Responsibilities**
Primary focus of this role is to develop solid relationships with Clients and **position/ sell engagements for the IQVIA Patients Solutions Dept. and Implementations Science Team** at the major life science and pharma companies. This role is also responsible to **develop new solutions and offerings with a strong focus on innovation, digitalization of care processes and consultative approach**.
- This includes:_
- ** Client engagements with responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value**, in synergy with the existing IQVIA network;
- Build close client relationships at the dedicated accounts;
- Identify and qualify opportunities on assigned clients and/ or prospects;
- ** Focus his/her Business Development portfolio of services proposal for life sciences and pharma companies on innovative services, with a technological approach toward digital solutions in strong integration with IQVIA Patients Solutions Dept. and Healthcare Team**:
- Prepare client discussion papers and project proposals with **IQVIA Patients Solutions Dept. and Implementation Science Team to develop new needs and innovative approaches to IQVIA solutions;**:
- Develop and negotiate contracts with all relevant stakeholders and close the deal;
- Present proposals to Clients, receive feedback and opportunities for improvement;
- Maintain, develop relationships with senior Client stakeholders throughout the project;
- ** Support design, delivery and management of innovative solutions and** **projects for Clients**:
- Constantly monitors client satisfaction
- ** At least 9**+ years of work experience in consultancy firms within Pharma/Life Science practice**:
- Track record of successfully developing **Patient Solutions projects** with a **focus on digital projects is highly desirable especially if within SalesForce environment**;
- Proficiency both in Italian and English;
- Expertise in BD with a strong record of successful deals;
- Entrepreneurial attitude, from ideas generation to implementation and launch, driver, willingness to take risks with strong hunting skills, but also long-term strategic thinking regarding development of an account;
- ** Hands-on, with strong issue-based consulting and conceptual skills and an ambition for innovation**;
- Analytics and Problem Solving skills are a must;
- Excellent listening and communication skills;
- Excellent Project management skills
- Team working skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively across complex networks, internally and at the client, and to influence organizations;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
- Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- A willingness and ability to travel.
Location: Rome or Milan (hybrid)
