**Area HR**

Per il potenziamento della Direzione Risorse Umane presso la sede di Villafranca ricerchiamo una figura di HR Generalist.

**ATTIVITA’**

La risorsa, che risponderà direttamente al Direttore HR, opererà in team con l’ufficio HR della sede di Gaiarine e si occuperà di:

- Gestione amministrativa del personale di sede: elaborazione presenze e stesura contratti di assunzione.
- Relazione con le agenzie di somministrazione del territorio.
- Supporto per la risoluzione di problematiche legate al personale.
- Coordinamento nella fase di ricerca e selezione del personale.
- Eventuale supporto amministrativo sulla formazione relativa ai temi di Sicurezza e salute Dlgs 81/08 e sulla gestione delle visite mediche.

**REQUISITI**
- Diploma di laurea in materie umanistiche o economiche
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel ruolo
- Buone capacità di lavoro in team
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Ottime doti relazionali
- Flessibilità, adattabilità e resistenza allo stress
- Buone doti di problem solving
