Umana S.p.A. per importante azienda del settore hotellerie di lusso in zona Venezia (VE) cerca un **RESERVATION AGENT**.

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione delle prenotazioni, dell'accoglienza dei clienti e della promozione dei servizi offerti dall'hotel.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione delle prenotazioni: sarai responsabile della gestione delle prenotazioni, sia telefoniche che online, assicurandoti che tutte le informazioni siano corrette e aggiornate.
- Accoglienza dei clienti: sarai il primo punto di contatto per i clienti, fornendo un servizio cordiale e professionale.
- Promozione dei servizi dell'hotel: dovrai conoscere a fondo tutti i servizi offerti dall'hotel e promuoverli attivamente ai clienti.
- Soddisfazione del cliente: sarai responsabile della soddisfazione del cliente, risolvendo eventuali problemi e assicurandoti che la loro esperienza presso l'hotel sia positiva.

Requisiti:

- Esperienza precedente in un ruolo simile
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
- Conoscenza di almeno una seconda lingua straniera
- Competenze informatiche di base
- Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi i fine settimana
- Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente

Si offre contratto full time; la struttura offre vitto e alloggio.
