**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026**is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

This role exists to provide specialized support to the Venue Technology Manager and Deputy Venue Technology Manager in the planning, implementation, and operation of technology systems at the venue. The specialist assists in ensuring the smooth setup and functioning of all technology-related equipment and services, helping to coordinate with other departments to meet the venue's specific needs. The specialist actively contributes to troubleshooting, monitoring ongoing activities, and ensuring that all technology requirements are met according to the established plans. This role supports the venue leadership in maintaining efficient operations and helps ensure the overall success of the event by ensuring seamless technology performance across the venue.

**Requirements**:
Key deliverables:

- Venue Technology Setup - Install and configure technology as per the Venue Technology Implementation Plan (VTIP).
- Operational Readiness - Ensure all systems are tested and ready before the Games.
- Complete the allocation of technology for all venues, following the Technology Equipment Allocation (TEAP).
- On-Site Technology Operations and Support
- Manage daily technology operations and resolve issues, as per the Games Plan.
- Reporting - Provide regular updates and reports to the Technology Operations Center (TOC).
- Post-Event Decommissioning - Manage dismantling and packing of technology, as outlined in the VTIP.

Knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications required:

- Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic Knowledge of Venue Technologies - Familiarity with technology infrastructure such as telecommunications, audio/video systems, and sports services.
- Basic Proficiency in Office365 - Competence in using Word, Excel, and Teams for daily task management and communication.
- Good Level of English - Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional context.
- Ability to Learn and Share Knowledge - Capacity to quickly absorb and convey information acquired during the journey to the Olympic Games.
