We are currently looking for an experienced Italian speaking Retail Manager to lead the growing Italian Retail network of an iconic watch brand.

The Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring consistency, meeting and exceeding retail plans, implementing sales driving strategies, and developing strong relationships by training on brand standards in order to achieve sales results. Additionally, the Retail Manager is responsible for recruiting, overseeing training, and developing Store Managers and Sales Specialists throughout Italy (Northern part to date).

**POSITION
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Analyze sales reports to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Prepare and control the stores’ budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency to ensure peak performance
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the various stores
- Inspect the areas in the stores and resolve any issues that might arise
- Guarantee Store Managers are trained and fluent in all aspects of the business, the brand’s selling service strategies, as well as in-depth knowledge of the products
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to, at all times

**PROFILE
- Proven experience as Retail Manager/Director of a premium/luxury brand (multi-location)
- Experience in watches/Timepieces would be ideal, but not a must have
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Strong Commercial awareness associated with an analytical mindset (analysis of Sales Plans and reports)
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or related domains
- Fluency in Italian & English, any other languages would be definite assets
- Experience managing multi-site locations and teams remotely
- Ability to travel in Italy up to 60% of the time- Confidence hosting team meetings and delivering group presentations If this challenge sounds in line with your profile and objectives, we can't wait to hearing from you
