The Sourcing Manager Commercial Components is responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier management for given Commodity. He/she performs sourcing activities for a set portfolio of spend categories at global level to achieve commodity results and ensures compliance with Group strategy.

**Your Mission**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing short and mid-term global commodity strategies for assigned commodity group.
- Defining the annual saving budget identifying risk and opportunities for a given commodity, promoting and leading cost reduction activities and alternative products/solution towards internal stakeholder and Suppliers, to contribute to the overall cost reduction target.
- Being responsible of the tenders Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the strategic or confidential allocated commodities.
- Negotiate long-term contracts with global and local Suppliers. Negotiation includes lists, quality standards, prices, discount rates, duration, delivery timescales, commercial terms and conditions.
- For complex situations (main disengagement, etc.), supporting the team member in the supplier base management.
- Scouting new suppliers to comply with the category strategy and lead the qualification process developping a unique sustainable supplier base.

**Your Profile**:
**Education**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred; degrees in Business or Economics will also be considered.

**Certifications**
- Any Supply Chain or Purchasing certification is considered a plus (CIPS, Apics, etc).

**Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 8 years in strategic sourcing in an international manufacturing company.
- Experience in international negotiation, contract and claim management.
- Mandatory Language: fluent english.

**Optional Language**
- Fluency in French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage.
