**British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate in Operations in Trieste**

**Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to gain in depth knowledge on the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the Operations departments, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Procurement work together to achieve outstanding business results.**

**This is a fast-track career progressing from Graduate to manager in 18 months.**

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or Technical area
- A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
- Proficiency in English and Serbian
- Driven, ambitious and proactive.
- An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
- Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving & growth mindset approach.
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
- Excel advanced level, Microsoft Power Point advanced level.
- International Experience like internships or a semester abroad is considered as a plus.
