My client, a leading manufacturer needs an Identity Management Service Specialist

The Identity Management Service Specialist is an essential part of the Global Information Security team.

He/She, under the guidance of the Global Identity Management Pillar Leader, will contribute to the Identity Management program and directly govern the service supplier in the running phase, according to the progressive releases of the program.

**Main responsibilities**:

- His/her responsibilities will include having a deep understanding of the company's access technology and infrastructure, access rights, Segregation of Duties needs and process automation. The IDM-SM ensures that any digital identity (person, automaton, robot, IoT, OT) is properly managed during its life cycle, with access rights based on the need-to-know principle.
- Be responsible to manage service provider in providing the Identity Management global service according to the company's needs and agreed SLAs
- Be proactive in-service management review and in making the service to evolve accordingly with the global Company's needs
- Support the preparation of the Identity Management service's governance.
- Lead identity provisioning process integration and digital identities life cycle
- Integrate and govern authoritative repositories: HR, Dealers, Suppliers, Customers
- Implement and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
- Harmonize on-prem, cloud Identity & Integration for people, automaton, OT/IoT device and service identities
- Assure self-service portal for end users and approval workflows
- Assure all ICT and business solutions are integrated with the Corporate Identity Management system
- Evaluate security architectures and designs to determine the adequacy of security design and architecture proposed

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or other academic studies preferably with strong background in digital identity
- Risk Management approach
- Min of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity service management, management of security/identity projects is welcome
- CISSP certification (or CISA, CRISC..) would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of information security, especially regarding digital identity life cycle
- Expertise on Azure and on-prem AD (including ADFS, AADC), on B2B and B2C SSO solutions
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- High assertiveness, teamwork and conflict management skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working

**Location**: Bergamo, Italy
- The position is on site with flexible 6 days per month working from home

**Salary**: up to 50,000 p.a.
