**What the role involves**:

- Leading **small-group walking experiences** tailored to each guest’s interests
- Sharing your stories and insights to give travellers an insider’s view of Lecce
- Showing guests the real city — beyond the typical tourist route

**What you need**:

- A valid **Guida Turistica** or **Accompagnatore Turistico** licence
- Fluent **English and Italian**:

- Passion for Lecce's culture, history, and daily life
- Registered as a **freelancer** and eligible to work in Italy
- Aged **21+**:

- 2+ years' experience in tourism or hospitality (preferred)

**What you’ll earn**:
Hosts are paid per experience — earnings vary depending on the number and length of tours. Most hosts run 2-4 hour walking experiences and earn competitive freelance rates. You’ll keep your calendar open or closed as you like.
