We are looking for a Sustainability intern to join our Sustainability department. The role will support the Sustainability Team in the development and implementation of Staff International and OTB Group Sustainability strategy.

**Objectives And Responsibilities Of The Role**
- Support the Sustainability Team and contribute to the implementation of the Group sustainability strategy, carrying out the relevant activities and projects in collaboration with the different teams;
- Support in the creation of project briefs and presentations with regards to Staff International’s ESG activities, connected to OTB “Be Responsible. Be Brave.” sustainability strategy;
- Support in collecting the documentation and certifications needed for responsible products of some brands of the OTB portfolio, and ensure information are collected properly within IT systems (PLM and Stealth);
- Support in the implementation of the traceability of the products of the collections of some brands of the OTB portfolio and licensed brands;
- Support the Sustainability team in collecting and aggregating data and information needed for the Sustainability Report, in line with GRI and ESRS;
- Support in liaising with the marketing team to guarantee a clear and transparent communication of sustainability-related topics on all the different channels in relation to collections as well as sustainability initiatives of Staff International;
- Support in the development, organization and implementation of all internal training and initiatives aimed at building a shared sustainability culture.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, Management or similar fields;
- Excellent knowledge and use of the Office package (in particular excel and power point);
- Knowledge about Stealth and/or PLM will be considered as a plus;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
- Proactive aptitude, problem-solving skills, orientation towards the achievement of objectives and tenacity for carrying out the tasks entrusted;
- Relational and organizational skills and aptitude for team working;
- Flexibility, dynamism, and adaptability;
- Passionate about fashion.
