This is an exciting time to join the European engineering team. We are looking for an **ICT System Specialist Client Engineering** to develop innovative technical solutions for business partners and continuously improve them.

**Posizione**:
Activities:

- You and the team design the Windows client architecture for the end-user IT workstation under the premise of the company's internal standards
- You and the team develop and maintain the internal standards for hardware, OS, software, and management settings
- You and the team ensure security & compliance in cooperation with the respective expert teams.
- You and the team assist in the evaluation and implementation of existing or new software, services, and hardware
- You and the team accompany the business while evaluation, implementation, and execution of new
- You and the team create standard procedures, escalation procedures and rules for workflow in case of an extraordinary measures (recovery/restart) and lead through the reconstruction and recovery measures.
- You and the team ensure and maintain the documentation and hand-over of new solutions to the business
- You and the team acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide & implement technically accurate solutions as per defined SLA.
- You and the team provide 3rd level support our services to our various business units and international colleagues.
- You and the team provide 3rd Level support for the existing environment with the responsible services SCCM, virtual Windows Clients and Group Policies.
- You and the team collaborate in corporate IT projects.

**Requisiti**:
**Academic Qualifications, Certifications and Attributes**:

- (Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related disciplines.)
- At least 5 years of experience in Windows client engineering and endpoint management at a global scale.
- You have a solid knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure topics, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Excellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Team-working skills and the approach to evolve together
- Problem solving and analytical approach.
- Should have a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done within the defined SLA and quality.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 10 percent as when required.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Expertise and in-depth experience in Windows 10/11 management and standard Microsoft Applications.
- Expertise and in-depth experience in Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Must have scripting, automation and software packaging skills.
- Practical experience in Active Directory, especially in the Group Policy Infrastructure.
- Experience in AWS EC2 and Workspaces are instrumental
