Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bologna

**MAIN TASKS**:

- phone screening and interviews scheduling
- job posting on the usual recruiting channels (i.e. university portals, LinkedIN)
- reporting
- HR interviews
- attendance to career fairs and university events

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Master's Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology.
- up to 2 years of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agency
- very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably of a non EU language: the knowledge of either Arabic or Turkish is considered a plus.
- familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
