ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

**This role in summary**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Initiation and deployment of manufacturing continuous improvement actions
- Supporting the Production team on continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics, safety, energy, material waste, efficiency and automation
- Machine ledger project deployment
- Benchmarking process activities coordination
- Improve process and related KPI monitoring

**Minimum requirements**:
Are you:

- A Master’s Degree student or a fresh graduate in Engineering (lean manufacturing knowledge will be considered as a plus)?
- Proficient Italian and English speaker?
- Very familiar with Google Workspace (mainly Google Docs, Sheets and Slides)?
- A strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation?
- Proactive and flexible problem solver?
