Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations. **Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.** **Mission**: As a Service Delivery Lead you will oversee the successful execution and delivery of the Group IT services in ITALY, based in Cinisello Balsamo. You will work closely with Atlas Copco’s business areas and with regional and global centralized IT teams to integrate acquired companies. Your role will be to lead the onsite activities to secure a successful delivery of Group IT Services and Solutions in M&As and other regional improvement projects and initiatives in the South West Europe region. Main responsibilities for this role: - Stakeholder Management - o Act as an IT business partner and advisory for the local business. - o Capture local business requirements and translate into regional/global AC Group IT solutions where possible. - o Closely align with the rest of the Group IT organization (S&A, IT Ops, ), the business areas and vendors supporting existing services. - o Promote standardization through the implementation of our global and regional solutions. - Local Operations - o Ensure incidents and requests are solved according to the agreed SLA’s - o Lead and develop the local team in Italy - Project Management - o Manage/coordinate/support local (IT) projects - o Ensure on time delivery of regional/global projects and raise flags when required - o Assist in the implementation of regional/global solutions for the local entities **To Succeed You will need to**: - Customer-oriented mindset. - High focus on impactful and customer-oriented communication - Cultural awareness while collaborating with peers in the other countries and regions - A broad knowledge of the different technologies used within Atlas Copco and available in the industry to give a good overall understanding of IT - Strong business acumen and internal knowledge of policies - Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC) - Working knowledge of the technologies used to build the Group IT services and solutions (SDWAN, Zscaler, Azure Cloud, SCCM, Intune). - Ability to learn new technologies and implement on the organization - Comfortable working in a highly matrix global environment. - Ability to implement standards and operating metrics. **Educational Requirements**: - Higher education or equivalent experience. - Fluency in one or more of the local languages &_ _English, spoken and written is a must - You are passionate about technology - ITIL Certification - Technology certifications are a plus **Personality Requirements**: - Strong leadership and people management skills - A customer centric individual who understands customers’ needs and seeks to fulfill or exceed expectations - A team player and natural diplomate who interacts and unites team members, customers, all stakeholders - A person that comes with solutions to make things happen and who can transform his mission into strategy, turn the strategy into action - A methodic and structured achiever who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt, and deliver the promise - A resilient person who can cope with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape and who can spread this attitude of self-sufficiency - An innovative “there is always a better way" person with a positive, flexible, and responsive mindset who embraces and promotes the digital transformation. - Open-minded with a global mindset, curious to understand and learn new perspectives - A person who complies with our DNA => Commitment - Interaction - Innovation - Workplace: Cinisello Balsamo (MI) - The role requires frequent business trips within the Country **Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice** Bright ideas come from all of us.
