Work directly with the Procurement Excellence Manager on a broad set of topics; from Sustainability, Digital Procurement and Design to Value to Supplier Relationship Management and Risk Management.

You will collaborate with the broader Procurement community across the different Business Units and playing an active part in the complex transformation the company and the function are going through, contributing to improve the overall performance of the Procurement Department.

How you will learn and grow:
- You will support existing cross-functional projects’ execution and monitoring.- You will help coordinating and prioritizing the Procurement team activities leveraging Hoshin planning tool.- You will contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of processes and tools, leveraging data analysis and diagnostics.What you’ll add to the team:
- A structured approach to problem solving and planning.- Good knowledge of Project Management.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- The ability to build relationships and cooperate across teams and departments.- Languages required: Italian and English (must have), Spanish (nice to have).- Bachelor or master's degree in STEM or Economics.

We usually find these characteristics in people with a background in Economics, STEM or Management Engineering, but we love to be proved wrong
