Tender Specialist

We are looking for a Tender Specialist, to join our Legal Team based in Bussolengo (Verona).

Position Summary:
This position is entitled to define and state all operative procedures related tender in the Domestic and International environment.

He/she will report to the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel.

This position has to deal with other company departments and International colleagues.
Especially in Italy it deals with Customer Service team, Sales team and Operations, in the International area it deals with Sales colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

- Domestic and International Tender management: guarantee the effective management of all tender opportunities, set documents properly, manage formalization and submission properly
- Pricing Domestic management in our system Oracle
- Tender management in the CRM Salesforce

**Education**:
Master’s Degree in Law or similar
Business skills:
Previous experience in a similar role or on the tasks related to customer service relationship

Languages:
Fluent English, both written and oral. Any other foreign language will be appreciated.

Computer Skills:
Good use of all Office set, especially Excel

- Some travelling is required according to specific needs
