Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Regional Director for its EMEA plants.
What will you do?
- Define and execute regional plans and business strategies in compliance with the company strategy and promote the group vision within country teams.
- Monitor the performance of the plants, take necessary preventive and corrective actions to achieve business profitability and sustainability.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for industrial operations of the region.
- Lead, suggest, and participate in projects for startups, expansions, and development plans, including industrialization of new product portfolios, industrial rationalization, and optimization initiatives.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support the local management team, promoting staff training and development at all levels.
- Ensure alignment between global departments, countries, and plants.
- Suggest business development opportunities.
- Manage client relations at the regional level and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Support quality at all levels to promote a continuous improvement mindset.
- Represent the company with local authorities, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and regional stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive).
- Expertise in plastic molding technologies: EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required).
- Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of business economics
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of French
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and improving operational performance.
- Availability to travel for 50-60% of the time.
