Miyamoto Musashi We are looking for a senior social media strategist to join us. You’ll be responsible for generating cross-market insights and creative / content briefs (that touch not only Italy, but the UK, Germany, Spain and France) You’ll be working collaboratively to bring the overarching strategy to life across multiple channels as well as spark the creative process across different briefs, varying from perception-changing to short-turnaround tactical projects. **Activities and responsibilities**: Work with the strategy and insights team to draw out insights and create sharp, focused briefs that inspire great ideas Figure out ways to tap into culture and trends to bring brands to life within the cultural conversation Work with our research team (or execute your own research) to uncover useful information relevant to your projects Orchestrate ecosystem of content / activity and plan cross-channel campaign rollouts Work alongside the media and analytics teams to ensure paid media support and measurement plans are in place Pitch and present to clients (you’ll be focused on a single costumer) Keep a close, engaged eye on digital and social trends and innovation opportunities Proactively contribute to the department by sharing trends, ideas and thoughts about how to improve what we do **Skills required**: 3-5 years in creative agencies, with at least 3 of those years in a strategic role-Ability to drive The strategy end-to-end on campaigns you can confidently articulate it Experience in writing creative briefs, working with creatives, planning out timelines and ecosystems, and measuring the impact of your activity Experience presenting to senior stakeholders is a super-plus (but we can practice) English level C1 or mothertongue **Attitude**: Be positive, collaborative and kind Great communicator with superb writing and presentation skills Passion or knowledge in musical field **We're not looking for**: "It's not my fault" "That'll do" "This is the plan and we're sticking to it" "It's better my way" What's on offer at Connexia?
