**Digital Channel Specialist**:

You will be accountable for Implement the agreed sales channel strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. You will plan and execute channel initiatives and continuously monitor channel performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales volumes and margins.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement the agreed web and digital channel sales strategy and budget. Contribute to the identification of appropriate channels and targets. Provide channel strategy input for the sales team and help to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans.
- Contribute in achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market with focus in ecom partner platforms. Create detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up.
- Contribute in sales negotiations and negotiates frame agreements. Create web and digital offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers. Regularly report progress against web and digital channel strategy, plans and budgets
- Implement the web and digital planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment. Implement the ecom salesstrategy, support the offline activities with online plan included the adoption the ABB’s digital tools (e.g. efinder, econfigure,..).
- Support in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.
- Support in evaluation/certification and training of channel part, elaborate regular analyses for the online activities, measures online, offline and ROPO performance related the ecom partner platform, in order the sales trend, the online campaigns trend and other KPI identified with other function.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Digital Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing&Sales functions.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point,..).
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
