We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance** **& Facility Supervisor to join our team at AGCO. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of quality. **What You Will Do**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance and facilities department, including assigning tasks and providing guidance to maintenance and facilities technicians.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance and facilities needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage maintenance and facilities budgets and resources effectively, including ordering necessary parts and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to production and operations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and inventory.

**What You Will Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems other relevant software.
- English knowledge is a mandatory requirement
