Business And Organisation Consultant / Analyst

RIF. C-1254
**Location**: Milan

Role

Reporting into Top Sales Management in Italy and South Europe, the appointee will:
Support Management of an international division with 500 employees

Commission and review analysis from company support functions

Liaise across business functions at international level

Analyse the internal organisation and suggest improvements in order to win more business

Present findings and recommendations to the Top Management team

Identify and deep-dive into business trends highlighting risks and opportunities

Project-manage resources to ensure successful delivery of business-improvement initiatives

Maintain a grasp of business priorities

Define and implement local and central strategies for the assigned region

Support the development and implementation of revenue-producing solutions to enhance sales

Develop models and processes for quick and accurate analysis to aid decision-making

Monitor and track the completion of projects

Preferably a university degree-holder in an analytical field, eg Business, Engineering, Statistics

Several years relevant experience in a top-tier consulting firm or from international Business and Sales Organisations

Very good English and used to working in this language

Ability to find simple solutions to complex issues

Able to develop recommendations and drive implementation

Able to work cross-functionally and exert influence

Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Sense of urgency and flexibility

Innovative and creative mindset; ready to challenge the status quo and offer a different perspective

Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and software to create dynamic reports appreciated

Strong analytical and technology skills

Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills

Good at networking and negotiating internally with colleagues
