- Ready to shape the future of energy production?
- We are looking for an Associate Contract Manager to join our Contracts & Claims Management team on a maternity cover basis, based in our Milan office. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the negotiation and operational delivery of global utility-scale EPC contracts, supply agreements, and O&M agreements, while collaborating with teams across Project Management, Global Engineering and Technical Support (GETS), Supply Chain, Legal, Asset Management, and O&M.
- The Associate Contract Manager will manage the full lifecycle of EPC, O&M, and Supply Agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled. They will support commercial settlements and claims, draft commercial provisions of technical contracts, and contribute to process and contract efficiencies. Collaborating with Engineering & Construction team, they will ensure contracts are fit for purpose and aligned with company goals. They will also support supplier performance management and implement sustainable solutions to drive cost savings and operational improvements.
- **Desirable skills**:

- Expertise in EPC contract management
- Strong background in commercial management of large-scale energy project contracts
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating technical contract provisions
- Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity
- Fluent in both Italian and English
