**Scopo della posizione/Progetto Formativo**:
Analisi sistematica degli extracosti, identificazione delle cause di essi e revisione dei processi di produzione come azione strategica ed urgente per la risoluzione degli eccessi

di costo. Attivazione di un Progetto di analisi dell’utensileria e schede utensili per efficientamento della produzione meccanica a controllo numerico.

Il tuo ruolo

**Principali attività**:

- Analisi dei P/N sulla base di: Scostamenti rilevati da ore standard, Indicazioni da reparto, Fabbisogni / Budget
- Analisi Disegni, Attrezzature e Utensili
- Gestione Database
- Analisi técnica del processo AS IS e delle non conformità statisticamente rilevate
- Studio e proposta del metodo TO BE
- Valutazione della soluzione proposta e dei costi / benefici connessi
- Approvazione ed attuazione (quando applicabile)
- Analisi riduzione dei tempi di attrezzaggio
- Impiego di utensili già in uso (ove non diversamente indispensabile)
- Riduzione del run-time
- Minimizzazione delle attività di aggiustaggio manuale e di lavorazione su macchine tradizionali
- Massimizzazione del tempo “porte chiuse”
- Ripetitività di processo
- Assenza di rilavorazioni e scarti

Requisiti
- Diploma di perito meccanico o provenienza da istituti tecnici
- Conoscenza pacchetto OFFICE
- Conoscenza e Gestione di Database

Contratto: Stage/Tirocinio extracurriculare con rimborso spese (800€)

Orario: full-time

Profilo ideale

Le attività saranno coordinate dal Team Multidisciplinare nell’ambito di riunioni periodiche (almeno 2 per mesi) per le quali dovrà essere predisposto apposito MoM. Al fine di valutare l’efficacia di azione, dovrà essere messo a punto un sistema di KPI relativo ai P/N trattati che presuppongono specifiche rilevazioni:

- Rapporto tempo impiegato / tempo assegnato
- Indicatore NRFT (Not Right First Time): scarti e rilavorazioni
- Infine Idonea e sistematica reportistica condivisa con le Key Persons e le Funzioni Aziendali interessate.
