**Global Product Quality Failure Analysis Team Leader**:

**This position reports to**:
Global Quality Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct field data analysis, troubleshooting, test procedure as assigned to perform failure analysis and identify root cause.
- Work closely with global quality functions, R&D and product engineering to finalize root cause and corrective actions.
- Support customer quality on failure analysis reporting.
- Utilize safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace.
- Notify others when unsafe situations are observed and work with local safety teams to improve the safety systems.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrotechnical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of professional experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing electrical, electronic and electrotechnical systems. Experienced in reading schematics for circuit designs.
- Strong analytical skills, familiar to work approaching with failure analysis methods.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal groups (this may be necessary to discuss about defects, changes, and influence decisions).
